In preparation for their course later this week Shel and Mark took out our four candidates for a dunking session on the lake. Pretty game from them as they spent a fair amount of time in the 6 degree water....
Shel comments : 'It was good fun and the dunk monkeys were rescued effectively😂 The mixed craft situation brings additional challenges - but that the problem solving in the 'rescue team' was good. No one drowned which is always a good outcome! We'll aim to set up some more sessions like this and the scale of this session with 2 coaches/dunk monkeys to 4 participants is a good working ratio.' |
